Investor lifecycle
Investor onboarding, KYC, wallet creation, deposits, withdrawals and investment transactions.
Resource 08 · MyBrix reference implementation
MyBrix demonstrates what Fractional Assets infrastructure can become when configured around a specific commercial proposition. It is the reference implementation proving the platform underneath, not the white-label product being resold.
The proposition
Through FundMyProperty, eligible property owners can make fractional economic interests in their property available to investors while retaining legal title. The current model divides each participating property into 10,000 Brix, with each Brix representing a fractional economic interest linked to the underlying property.
What the platform powers
Investor onboarding, KYC, wallet creation, deposits, withdrawals and investment transactions.
Property assessment, administration, settlement workflows, notifications and digital issuance.
Transaction controls and ongoing holdings administration within the configured operating model.
Economic mechanisms can include entry discounts, occupation fees, rental-income participation, scheduled buybacks and future payment events.
Investor protections
The supplied MyBrix structure includes a registered first-ranking mortgage held for Brix holders, property insurance requirements, independent valuation processes, KYC/AML, transaction monitoring and documented exit mechanisms. These elements are specific to the MyBrix configuration; a Fractional Assets white-label deployment can be configured differently depending on the asset class, investment product and legal structure approved for the partner.
Why it matters
MyBrix demonstrates that the underlying technology can connect an asset, a regulated investment structure, verified investors, digital interests, investment transactions, holdings, payments, administration and defined exit rules.
