Each verified investor can be provided with a dedicated virtual bank account in their own name through the approved payments architecture. Investors fund their own account and retain autonomy over available cash, while the organisation determines the rules governing when an investment interest can be sold, transferred, redeemed or otherwise liquidated.
Built for scale
The core operating environment already exists.
The underlying platform uses AWS serverless technologies, automated onboarding and KYC, wallet creation, digital transactions and an administration environment, with integration to the Stellar ledger. The core codebase is controlled by the platform team, providing the ability to customise and evolve the product without reliance on a third-party tokenisation software vendor.
