Financial product, legal and compliance

Established frameworks. Clear product responsibilities.

We support responsible, well-governed fractional investment businesses with the legal, compliance and operating foundations needed to grow with confidence.

Product and investor controls

Turn product rules into a clear investor journey.

Eligibility, disclosures and permitted investor actions belong in the experience, not in a separate manual process. Customers retain their brand, strategy, assets and relationships.

Entry and eligibility

Customer and business verification, financial-crime controls, identity and transaction safeguards support the product’s target market and eligible participants.

Documents and acknowledgement

Present the relevant disclosures and acknowledgements as part of the investor journey.

Records and permitted actions

Registry and transaction records support administration of subscriptions, distributions and any transfers or exits allowed by the product.

MyBrix product relationship

The legal instrument defines Brix rights, and the controlled digital record reflects them.

Product documents

MyBrix PDS and listing-specific terms

Read together with the property-specific Participation Agreement.

Core contract

Participation Agreement

The core contract for the property and its Brix.

Investor rights

Defined Brix rights

Fractional economic interest in net sale proceeds and, where applicable, net rental proceeds.

Controlled digital record

Authorised Brix holding and transaction record

Controlled participation and auditable digital holding and transaction records under the applicable product terms.

In the MyBrix example, the product documents define the economic rights. The controlled digital holding and transaction record follows those terms; it is not a real-property title record.

The governing instrument and product documents establish investor rights and economic entitlements. Digital records support registry and administration. Transfers, redemptions, buybacks and exits follow product terms, eligible participants and market conditions. Liquidity and exit timing are not guaranteed.

Accountability

A connected platform with a clear allocation of roles.

The governing documents and service agreements identify the parties responsible for the offering.

Your organisation

Retains the brand, proposition, investment strategy, assets, commercial economics and investor relationships.

Product governance

The relevant issuer, licensee and governance participants approve the product, disclosures and regulated activities allocated to them.

Our role and service providers

We provide the agreed branded journeys, connected records and administration. Account and payment providers supply their own services under their documented terms.

New and existing products

Start with the product’s rights and current arrangements.

A new offering needs a financial instrument, product documents and accountable roles. For an existing fund, the starting point is its governing rights and permissions, investor and registry data, providers and integrations. This establishes the services that can be delivered without changing what makes the fund yours.

Institutional diligence

Put the right documents in front of the right people.

Bring product, legal, compliance and technology teams into a practical discussion of the offering. Review its governing instrument, target market, disclosures, provider agreements and responsibility allocation alongside the investor journeys, records and acceptance requirements.

Product documents

The financial instrument, economic entitlements, eligibility, distribution and permitted lifecycle actions.

Operating evidence

The investor controls, registry and reporting processes, provider service terms and the responsibilities to be included in the agreement.

Documented reference

MyBrix shows one product model in practice.

The MyBrix PDS and Participation Agreement describe product-specific rights and responsibilities for MyBrix. Those arrangements are not a template or approval for another offering.

Product and service documentation must identify the account, payment and provider arrangements that apply to the individual offering.
